Each county/municipality has a Local Early Intervention Coordinating Council (LEICC) comprised of parents and professionals. The purpose of the LEICC is to advise the municipality's Early Intervention Official about local early intervention issues, such as gaps in services.

Acceptance into the program requires a commitment to participate in both sessions:
- Session I:
Saturday, May 11, 2024 (9:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m.) Live interactive Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) Functional Outcomes Webinar (viewed from home on a personal computer or mobile device)
- Session II:
Friday, May 31, 2024 (4:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.) &
Saturday, June 1, 2024 (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) Two-day, in person training, to be held at the Courtyard by Marriott Buffalo Airport, 4243 Genesee Street, Cheektowaga, NY 14225.
